Design
Work with our experienced drafting and engineering team to ensure that your new home is exactly what you need! Living and working on the Gold Coast, we understand the local climate and lifestyle and will make sure that your new home makes the most out of all the Gold Coast has to offer. Our interior design team will work with you to select colours, finishes and discuss the overall layout of each room in your new home to suit your style and budget. We can even organise 3d renders (both internal and external) of new home so you can picture exactly what it will look like even before the build starts!
Contract
Now that we are all on the same page about the design of your new home, we quote every aspect of your build with our fantastic contractors and suppliers. We know exactly how much the build will cost and where there may be potential to save money.
As a member of the Master Builders Queensland Association, our building contracts and payment stages are of the highest industry standard. Our payment stages are broken up into several payments to ensure that we remain cash flow positive throughout the build and you can be rest assured knowing that you’re getting what you pay for! We pride ourselves on being upfront about any potential variations to the contract, and will always communicate should a variation arise.
Approvals
Once we have finalised the plans & design, they will be submitted for building approval with Gold Coast City Council. We make this process a breeze, and can even liaise with developers to obtain covenant approvals if your new home is within an new building estate.
Construction
Once we receive all the necessary building approvals, we can hit the ground running and start building! Our qualified trades and suppliers are experienced in their specific fields, and our Supervisors are on site constantly to maintain high levels of quality assurance. Watching your new home come together over a few short weeks will be a rewarding experience for you, and you can book appointment times to come and view the progress with your Supervisor. We ensure that all appropriate building certificates are received which won’t delay your move in date!
Moving In
In what will feel like no time at all your new home will be ready for you to move into. Time to start packing!
