Scope of work includes;

  • New floors throughout living areas
  • Raised ceiling height
  • New outdoor entertainment area including decking around pool
  • Interior and exterior painting (including roof)

As the Project Manager, GCProjects has handled all aspects of this renovation. Including initial planning, drafting and engineering to demolition, fit out and soon – completion!
